Why Cant I See the Prices?
  To able to view prices, you must be an existing customer and a registered user of Alef Judaica, Inc.. Once you log in with your username and password, you will see the specified price for each item. To obtain a username and a password, click here, or visit ‘My Account’ section of our website and register by filling out the form for New Users.
 
How can I get a hard copy catalog?
  To receive a copy of our product catalog, we must receive your request in writing. Please fax (1.800.775.alef) or email (sales@alefjudaica.com) your request on a business letterhead that clearly states the name and the address of your business.
 
Is there a minimum for an order?
  Yes. Opening orders are a minimum of $250, and all reorders thereafter are of $100. If the total for the order does not meet the minimum requirement, a $5 handling charge will be added. If you are an existing Alef Judaica customer but this is your first time ordering online, your minimum continues to be $100.
 
Can I pay online?
  As of now, Alef Judaica will continue to process and bill the orders manually though now orders may be placed via the internet. Once you submit an order, it will be picked up by our customer service and promptly processed according to the terms of each individual account.
 
I am an existing Alef Judaica Customer.
To be able to place orders online, all customers will be required to fill out a registration form once upon placing the first order. The information you enter will automatically be saved under your user name so that you do not have to reenter it every time. If you are an existing customer, please be sure that the information you enter corresponds to the information we have in our current system to prevent unnecessary delays while clarifying the discrepancies.
